Prevention is better than cure. Call us as soon as you notice a change in your child's results at school. If you react quickly, you make sure your child will improve and develop enough skills to achieve his full potential in the following years.
KS3:
Starting Secondary school is often a challenge: new teachers, new subjects, new methods, and lots of assessments. At School winners we help you children adapt to Secondary style of teaching and learning. We help them jump the gap between Primary and Year 7 by teaching methodology, revisiting previous learning from Primary and explaining expectations and curriculum at Secondary. During our holiday sessions, we also start teaching keys parts of secondary curriculum, in Maths, English, Sciences and Languages in order to help your children shine from the start of the year!
We also provide tuitions throughout the year to support your children in any subject to help them access better sets and enjoy learning.
We also provide exam preparation in year 9 for SAT's.
KS4:
Year 10 and 11 are crucial years. GCSE is a two-year-program and students need these two years to revise all their previous learning, learn the exam requirements and practise them as much as much as possible.
We offer:
- revisions and back to basics sessions to revisit gaps in your children education
- methodology course: learning how to learn, memorising, selecting main parts of the courses, organising their revisions
- GCSE exam courses: throughout the year or in intensive courses. We provide revisions, past papers practice from all boards, and methods to do well during the exam
KS5:
Students are not always aware of the huge gap between GCSE and A'levels.
At A'levels, students are expected to be independent learners and to be able to produce a higher level of writing and analysis in their work, in every subject.
At School Winners, we support students by giving them the clues to a very successful 6h form.
We offer:
- revisions and back to basics sessions
- methodology course: learning how to learn, memorising, selecting main parts of the courses, organising their revisions, writing and thinking skills
- A levels exam courses: throughout the year or in intensive courses. We provide revision, past papers practice from all boards, and methods to do well during the exam.
